Cicero-North Syracuse High School
Please direct all questions regarding working papers to Ms. Schipani at email@example.com
Working Papers- Ms. Schipani will be at the high school EVERY TUESDAY THROUGH THE END OF JUNE from 9am - 11am at the security desk. You will need to bring your child and a copy of their physical. It must be the full physical and not just the immunization records. They need to have had a physical within the last year. She does not have access to the files in the Health Office. The doctor can fax a copy to 315-218-4185 if you don't have it in hand. (That is the fax number for the Main Office) SHE CANNOT PROCESS THEIR WORKING PAPERS WITHOUT PROOF OF PHYSICAL. You MUST have a copy with you that she can keep on file or have a digital copy that you can email to her before the time you are applying. Ms. Schipani will provide you with a copy of the application at school. They do not need a copy of their birth certificate.
Working Papers can only be processed for the age your child is on the day of application. They cannot be processed ahead of time.
If you do not have access to a printer but have a digital copy of the physical you can email the physical to her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your child can obtain their working papers without a parent/guardian present only if they have the application signed by their parent/ guardian before they come to the school.
Ms. Schipani is also processing working papers for students from the Junior High and anyone else that lives in the district but goes to another school; CBA for an example.
Please make sure you are signed up to receive email and text announcements thru School Messenger. You can find the sign up page here: https://www.nscsd.org/districtpage.cfm?pageid=1106

Dear CNS High School Families,
I hope you are well and finding ways to adjust to our current school closure. I suspect that we are all discovering how much we miss our normal routines and activities just a few days into this school closure.
What to expect in the days ahead?
Teachers will be communicating with the parents regarding their plans for instruction through a selected technology platform (e.g. e-mail, Google Classroom, Remind, etc.). Where possible, instruction of new content will occur. Teachers will establish office hours for communication (one hour per weekday), and they will share these times with students and parents.
Additionally, our school counselors may be reached out by email for students in need of support and to answer any questions students/parents may have.
Students who receive additional services should receive communication from their child’s case manager or service provider, as we will work to meet the goals of individualized education plans (IEP’s).
The primary source of communication for teachers, counselors, and administrators at this time will be email. The email address that we have in SchoolTool is what will be used. Parents are encouraged to review the contact information (email address and phone number) in your child’s SchoolTool account for accuracy. Please send any updated information to me.
Our District Website (www.NSCSD.org) is probably the best source of all information during this closure period.
Please feel free to email any general questions or concerns that you may have to any of the administration at the high school using the email addresses below.
