Board of Education Meeting Minutes can be found on BoardDocs by clicking the following link :  https://go.boarddocs.com/ny/nscsdny/Board.nsf/Public and then clicking on the date of the Board Meeting that you wish to view.  You will see two tabs:  View Agenda and Print Agenda.  If you click on view agenda, under Routine Action Items, Letter A., the minutes from the prior Board of Education meeting are posted.
