District Voting PlacesThe district utilizes multiple polling and registration sites at Cicero Elementary School and the District Offices. - U.S. citizen
- 18 years of age or older
- Resident of the school district for at least 30 days prior to the vote
- Not under sentence for a felony conviction and not adjudged mentally incompetent
If you are not registered to vote with the county or district, you must pre-register with the district. CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT IF YOU ARE REGISTERED. You may register at the District Office Building , Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are not already registered to vote in the North Syracuse Central School District Budget Vote on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, pre-registration is required. The District will hold a special evening registration event on May 7, 2019 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. at both the District Offices and Cicero Elementary School.
Absentee ballots:Qualified voters of the District may obtain an absentee ballot by completing an application with the Office of the District Clerk. If you would like your ballot mailed to you, you must submit a completed Absentee Ballot Application to the District Clerk by 5 p.m. on May 14th. If you are picking up the ballot in person, you have until 4 p.m. on May 20, 2019 to apply and pick-up your ballot. Completed ballots must be received no later than 5 p.m. on May 21, 2019 to be counted.

If you live SOUTH of Route 481, you must vote at the Jerome F. Melvin Administrative Office Building, 5355 West Taft Road, North Syracuse, New York.
If you live NORTH of Route 481, you must vote at Cicero Elementary School, Route 31, Cicero, New York
