Community Eligibility Provision
Students in all schools will receive a free breakfast and free lunch every school day for the 2023-2024 school year thanks to USDA’s Community Eligibility Provision program.
Effective December 1st, 2023, the North Syracuse Central School District will be adding the remaining three school building that had not previously qualifed for this program.

- Roxboro Road Middle School
- Smith Road Elementary
Main Street Early Education Program
All students at Main Streets Early Education ProgramRoxboro, Road Elementary School, Smith Road Elementary and Roxboro Road Middle School will receive daily school breakfast and lunch meals at no charge to their household during the 2023-2024 school year.
All North Syracuse Early Education Program FULL-DAY students will receive a free breakfast kit and a free lunch. Students attending the North Syracuse Early Education Program for the HALF-DAY schedule will receive a free breakfast or lunch every school day. If students prefer to bring meals from home, they may purchase milk at school.
