To register for the UPK program, please complete all components of the required registration packet. Completed packets and documents can be submitted by:
- Mail to or drop off in person to the Registration Office (5355 West Taft Rd. North Syracuse, NY 13212)
- Email packet and documents to Registrar@nscsd.org
