Many teachers are delivering instruction on Google Meet and Zoom. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the learning environment and respect student privacy, parents should not be taking screenshots or recording instructional learning sessions.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in keeping our remote learning environments safe and private for our students and teachers.

Community Resources

Senior Citizens

Lifetime Golden Passes are issued compliments of the North Syracuse Central School District Board of Education, to residents of the district 60 years of age and over. Senior citizens receive free admission to all school programs and events, with the exception of the Starburst Band Show, Section III playoff sports events, and certain community education courses.

Senior citizen luncheons occur on a monthly basis at the elementary schools. A variety of other activities for senior citizens are also planned throughout the school year.

Golden Passes are available at the District Office, 5355 West Taft Road, North Syracuse. For more information, call 315/218-2100.

Greater Cicero Community Connections for Youth

Greater Cicero Community Connections for Youth merged with the Cicero Youth Advisory Board (YAB) and is a support base of district residents (adult and youth) and school staff who promote and initiate prevention/intervention programs and activities relating to substance abuse and violence prevention issues in our school-community. An example of these programs is the CanTEEN. Meetings are held monthly.

For more information, please call the Executive Director for Diverse Learning and Student Support at 315/218-2144.
