Social Studies
ABOUT
Social Studies provides a comprehensive program in order that each student obtains knowledge and social studies skills necessary to successfully understand themselves and the world around them, as well as, to pursue individual careers and educational goals. Program goals include skills such as gathering, using, and presenting information, participation in interpersonal and group relations and self-management.
Social Studies content includes the study of history, politics, geography, economics, anthropology, and sociology.
