K-4 students will receive standards-based report card K-4 students will receive standards-based report card: The North Syracuse Central School District is pleased to report that all students in grades K-4 will receive a standards-based report card. This standards-based approach will give more accurate, specific feedback about a student’s progress toward the skills and understanding of each standard in a subject area.
