Connect to the North Syracuse Central School District using Peachjar

In addition to distributing flyers about school and district events, the North Syracuse Central School District works with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students and staff by distributing their relevant informational materials electronically. In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, utilize technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have moved from distributing paper copies to digital flyer delivery via Peachjar, a free online service for schools.

E-flyers will now be emailed directly to parents’ inboxes, as well as posted online for easy access. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed within the schools.


Once a flyer is posted to a school's Peachjar site, parents can view the flyer through the Peachjar link on each individual school’s home page. Additionally, flyers will be delivered to all parents' emails as an embedded image, not a link. This means parents will immediately see the flyer and be able to click through to an organization's website to sign-up.

Need to Register to submit flyers?

Peachjar charges organizations a small fee to use this service (typically less than the cost to copy and deliver flyers to each school). Additionally schools and district staff are able to post flyers free of charge. To post a flyer, first register your organization online by going to www.peachjar.com and selecting the "sign up" button at the top right of the screen. The account type will generally be "Program Provider."

Once you have selected your desired school(s) and uploaded a flyer, they are automatically submitted to the district for approval. If approved, the flyer will be delivered to all parents and posted online.

Q. I'm a parent in the District and I received an email from Peachjar. How do I register?
A. Go to www.peachjar.com and click the Log In button. Type in the email you have on file with the District (in your child's schooltool account) and the password that was emailed to you. You will be able to see all flyers for the school(s) your child(ren) attend(s). 

Q. I accidentally deleted my welcome email. Can I still log in? 
A. Yes. Go to www.peachjar.com and click the Log In button. Type in the email you have on file with the District (in your child's schooltool account) and click the "Forgot Password" link. A temporary password will be emailed to the email you have on file with the District. If you do not see an email from Peachjar, be sure to click your spam, clutter and/or junk folder. 

Q. I am a local service provider and I typically send printed copies of flyers out at various schools. How do I get something out through Peachjar?
A. Organizations can register to use Peachjar by going to www.peachjar.com and clicking the Sign Up button. Enter your email address and select Program Provider as your account type. Once your account is registered, you will be able to upload and distribute flyers to any school(s) you select.
