NSCSD community input needed in partner survey

As part of its mission to educate all students to the highest levels of academic achievement and prepare them to be productive, responsible, ethical, creative and compassionate members of society, the North Syracuse Central School District is working with OCM BOCES to explore the development of a community school within the district.

The purpose of a community school is to provide a full range of services to students, their families and the surrounding school community, to ensure that each and every student succeeds in school and in life. A community school creates and organizes partnerships to meaningfully connect schools, homes and neighborhoods in support of student success for all.

One of the first steps in the process is conducting a needs assessment to help understand current barriers to student success, identify existing and potential resources and set priorities. Multiple stakeholders, including parents, teachers and students are being asked for input. This is why we need your help!

Your honest and thoughtful responses will help planning and development get off to a strong start. Please note that this survey is anonymous and is being administered by our partners in the Office of Youth Development at OCM BOCES. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes.
