Registration

The North Syracuse Central School District's registration office is located at the:

Hours: 8 AM to 12:00 PM and 1 PM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

Must be a resident of the North Syracuse Central School District in order to register and attend school

The district is currently accepting registrations for the 2013-2014 school year. A registration packet must be completed in order to register your child. The packet consists of six (6) forms, that are available below. Each form needs to be completed by the parent/guardian. The following additional documents are also needed at the time of registration:

Proof of Residency in the North Syracuse Central School District - Acceptable proof of residency - one of the following: 1. mortgage commitment paperwork, 2. lease or rental agreement for home or apartment within the district, 3. a current National Grid bill, OCWA or landline telephone bill, 4. a recent property tax or school tax bill or 5. information from the Department of Social Services (DSS) or Social Security (SSI) with your name and address on it

A valid birth certificate with seal

An updated record of immunizations

The child’s social security number

Parent’s identification

If applicable:

Proof of guardianship (through court orders) or proof of custody.

High School/Junior HS students – copy of the student’s previous schedule.

Parents of special education students - child’s most recent IEP (Individual Education Plan) and any other pertinent records. An additional form will need to be completed-available at our office.

Those with foster children must be accompanied by a social worker and paperwork should include DSS-2999 from the County Department of Social Services.
