 Cicero Elementary Vision

The Cicero Elementary School Community (students, staff and parents) will:

* Be responsible, respectful citizens with strong character and community involvement.

* Be life-long learners and independent problem solvers.

* Provide a comfortable, safe and supportive environment where everyone works together to develop the intellectual, physical, emotional and creative potential of all students.

As a citizen of the Cicero Elementary Community...
I will always be polite.
I will always be caring.
I will always be responsible for what I say and do.

North Syracuse Central School District Census online at www.nscsd.org

January through March are School Census months.  Your help is requested in counting all children in your household (especially birth through middle school age).  We, therefore, ask for your cooperation in providing us with the most current information. Census data is confidential and is used only for planning purposes for student enrollment, to develop staffing and facilities, and to budget for the future financial needs of the school district.

If you have young children; especially newborns and preschool age in the district, please go to the District website and update your household information online using our North Syracuse Central School District Census Survey.

As there have been concerns about facilities in the past, the most current data available is needed for our planning.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Questions may be directed to Laura Fritz in the census office at the District Offices at

218-2145 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m

Our School Focus: Continuous Learning

Empathy is compassion, kindness, thoughtfulness of others, understanding how others feel! Check out the Chipper Morning Show for great examples and stories! (Just click the Chipper Morning Show quick link on the left)
